  2. Go to Membership Page
  3. Select a suitable subscription plan (Monthly/Annual)
  4. Tap Subscribe Now and complete Apple ID payment

What payment methods are supported?

We process all paid subscriptions through the App Store, supporting: - Credit/Debit cards linked to Apple ID - Apple Pay - App Store gift card balance

What are the subscription prices?

Purchase Restoration Questions

Membership privileges disappeared after changing devices?

If you find membership privileges missing after switching devices, please restore following these steps:

  1. Ensure login with the same Apple ID on the new device
  2. Open Daily Japanese Listening app
  3. Go to Membership Page
  4. Tap Restore Option button

Note: The restoration process may take a few seconds, please be patient.

What if restore purchase fails?

If restore purchase is unsuccessful, try the following solutions:

  1. Check Network Connection: Ensure device is connected to stable network
  2. Restart App: Completely close the app and reopen
  3. Check Apple ID: Confirm current logged-in Apple ID is the same as used for purchase
  4. Wait for Sync: Apple server sync may need some time

Payment Problem Solutions

“Cannot connect to App Store” prompt during purchase

This is usually a network or Apple server issue:

  2. Retry: Wait a few minutes and try again
  3. Restart Device: Restart and try purchasing again
  4. Check Apple Service Status: Visit Apple System Status page to confirm service is normal

Payment successful but no membership privileges received

Due to Apple payment system delays, the following may occur:

Solutions: 1. Wait 5-10 minutes for system to complete sync 2. Tap Restore Option on membership page 3. Restart app and check again

If still unresolved: Please contact our customer service with purchase proof.

“This item is not available for purchase” message

Possible reasons for this situation:

  1. Regional Restrictions: The subscription may not be supported in your region
  2. Account Issues: Apple ID has payment restrictions
  3. Age Restrictions: Does not meet purchase age requirements

Data Synchronization Questions
